EDI, ERP, Stockholm, Application Consultant
This role combines technical system responsibility, business system knowledge and project support within ERP.The main tasks are:
-The technical responsibility: Ensure that the technical relationships work satisfactorily.
- Business support: Be a resource in business support for ERP, with working hours 08: 00-17: 00 Monday to Friday.
- Further development: Work to further develop business and business-related IT functions to optimize business and ensure efficiency.
- Project resource: Contribute as a resource from IT if necessary in projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with both external and internal resources as well as specialists to solve needs and tasks.
- Communication: Maintain active and open communication with other parts of the business and clients in the administrative area to ensure deliveries according to agreed needs.
- Documentation: Provide the necessary documentation (in Swedish and English) for all changes implemented.
- Introduction of new technology: Work to introduce new functionality and technology in the area that can provide value to the business.
- Tests: Create and conduct system and integration tests to ensure functionality and quality.
- Troubleshooting: Performing troubleshooting and errors for the incoming systems within ERP (a total of 16).
- EDI: Working with mapping and adaptation of integrations based on EDI.
- Customs system: Have functional responsibility for the GCT customs system.
