Job Title: SAP ABAP CRM Developer

Are you an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Developer with a strong background in CRM technical solutions and a passion for innovation? We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have hands-on experience with SAP CRM, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Web UI development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using SAP CRM with a focus onABAPandWeb UI.
• Enhance and customize standard SAP CRM screens usingAET(Application Enhancement Tool), add custom views, popups, and perform dynamic/static UI rendering withBSP Web Dynpro.
• ImplementABAP Object-Oriented programmingtechniques and leverage theOne Order frameworkfor order management processes.
• Work withWas/genilprogramming for Business Object Layer development and perform CRUD operations for Business Objects and queries.
• Contribute to theSAP CRM 7.0component design, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Engage inweb services programmingusingSOAPand MiddlewarePO (Process Orchestration).
• UtilizeBusiness Rule Framework (BRF)to handle events and execute logic using SAP Function Modules (FMs).
• Implement and configureSAP CRM One Order FrameworkandPost Processing Framework(PPF), including actions, conditions, and ODI steps.
• Configurecontract replicationtoS/4 HANAand work withSAP Convergent Charging (CC), including integration with third-party systems.
• Work withOrder Distribution Infrastructure (ODI)to design and configure order management steps.
• Optimize performance of SAP CRM applications and provide continuous enhancements to system performance.
• Collaborate closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment (experience with SAFE Agile methodology is a plus).
• Create and manage SAP transport requests usingCharmtool.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experiencein SAP CRM technical development, with strong expertise inABAPandWeb UI.
• Proficiency inABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)and familiarity with design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRMOne Orderframework andPost Processing Framework (PPF).
• Expertise inWas/genilprogramming andBusiness Objects Layer (BOL)entity management.
• Strong experience withAETfor screen enhancements andBSP Web Dynprofor UI development.
• Familiarity withSOAP web servicesandPO Middlewarefor integration.
• Experience withBRFevents programming, performance tuning, andcontract replication to S/4 Hana.
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly within a SAFE Agile framework.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge ofOrder Distribution Infrastructure (ODI)framework.
• Experience withSAP Charmtool for transport request management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
