Assignment description:

The call refers to 2 consultants:

• Consultant 1 - Technical project manager , Level 4
• Consultant 2 - System developer , Level 4

The assignment is within the implementation of the Swedish Transport Administration's maintenance support, based on IBM Maximo, which is introduced in order to be able to conduct the appropriate maintenance work of our infrastructure.

The tasks include leading and distributing tasks within the development team, according to the sprint plan.To have a leading role in the transition to the new version of Maximo - MAS.
To create good contact between the various development teams within and outside the project.
Contribute with expertise and architectural support in the development work towards Maximo.
As a product owner, help the business find their way to work in and use GUS for its business area.Drive the product forward in a direction that generates value to the customer.

The upcoming upgrade to the next version of Maximo (called MAS) will be based on Openshift and Kubernetes, which means a technology shift in the delivery that needs to be handled.The assignment will mean to lead and participate in certain parts of that implementation.

Travel may be included in the assignment.

Competence requirements:

Consultant must correspond to the specified role and level through education and experience or have acquired corresponding knowledge in other ways.

Consultant 1

The consultant must have at least 8 years of work experience on all requirements:

• Experience in leading implementation of maintenance support, e.g.Maximo or similar, in large complex operations.

·Experience in carrying out structured collection of requirements from various requirements and translating them into requirements within the IT development of maintenance support, e.g.Maximo or similar.

·Experience in complex data structures and having assisted consulting with problems with, for example, data phase or data quality.

• Experience in maintenance operations and industry standards in the infrastructure area.
• Experience in working with data amigration with large amounts of maintenance and construction data.
• The consultant's language is Swedish

Consultant 2

The consultant must have at least 8 years of work experience on all requirements:

• Experience in having driven development teams in the implementation of maintenance support, e.g.Maximo or similar, at large companies or authorities.
• Experience in working as an advisory expert in maintenance activities that use eg.Maximo or similar products.
• Experience in working with mobile IT solutions for maintenance support, e.g.Maximo Mobile or similar and been a consulting expert on complex questions or adaptations.
• Experience in working teams that implement maintenance support, e.g.Maximo, with several integrations to other systems.
• The consultant's language is Swedish

CV:

Must be in Swedish and include descriptions of how the consultant meets the competence requirements through previous experience.

Reference assignment:

The previously completed reference assignment shall refer to a relevant assignment that is ongoing or completed.Relevant means equivalent according to the assignment description of the call.The date of completion should be within the past two years.

The reference assignment shall refer to external assignment at minimum 800 hours and be approved by the assignment manager.Internal reference assignment with a framework contract supplier or subcontractor and assignments between the parties subcontractor, framework contract supplier and owner must not be submitted.
