Systemspecialist ServiceNow - Remote

We are looking for a consultant who can assist our client with technical support for the implementation of Customer Service Management (CSM). The goal of the IT service is to offer case management as a service via CSM for various departments and companies within the municipality. Case types and install based items should be separated from each other so that data is not accessible between different departments and companies.

Consultant Profile:
We are seeking a senior ServiceNow developer with documented experience in:

• Implementing CSM in other organizations
• Implementing and configuring Service Model Foundation
• Knowledge of ITSM and its impact on CSM implementation
• Experience working with products, product models, and CMDB
• Working with CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and Service Operations Workspace
• Managing requests via CSM

Contract period: 2024-08-19 - 2024-09-20 with the possibility of extension for a maximum of one (1) month.
The assignment will be performed remotely.

The estimated workload for the assignment is 40 hours.
