DESCRIPTION:

Gislaved Municipality uses Unit4 as an e-commerce tool.During the recruitment of a person for employment, the municipality needs to strengthen its organization with an interim resources to manage existing e-commerce solution.The purpose is to manage what is included including the introduction of the improvements decided and implemented in 2024, and for a limited time maintain the solution within the organization.The goal is to maintain confidence in the e -commerce solution, and not lose time and speed in work.

The assignment is to manage existing e -commerce solution in the municipality, introduce the improvements that were decided in 2024 and for a limited time maintain the solution.The assignment includes educating internal users and maintaining confidence in the e -commerce solution internally in the municipality.The delivery can be made by an individual consultant or with a team that holds several different skills.

Description of Role/Competence:

The task of demand is to act as support for the introduction, management and use of e -commerce solution.The role is referred to as method support.

Competence required for this assignment is both breadth and depth in the area of ​​e-commerce in the municipality's selected tool Unit4 ERP.

Ska-requirements:

1. Requirements for previous experience must be substantiated by the call -off response to the CV.

1. Experience in analyzing and working with the set of Unit4 ERP e -commerce solution in a municipal activity and/or public administration
2. Experience from managing all aspects of an e-commerce solution with, for example, reading price lists, punch-out solutions of orders, order recognition and purchasing order in Unit4 ERP
3. Experience from conducting education for different roles in an e -commerce solution
4. Entered in a team of in -depth expertise regarding Unit4 as e -commerce solution and in the team was part of both developing and managing solutions
5. Documented experience in reference assignments in which the establishment or maintaining confidence in a digital e -commerce solution within a municipal operations and/or public administration is included.
