Description:We are now looking for a consultant who can support the customer as an IT technician for assignments in certification and verification of changes within PC workplace.

The consultant will be included in the team that has the task of quality assuring changes that are implemented at PC workplace in the form of new/updated/discontinued software, hardware and accessories.The team works with packaging of software in PC workplace distribution tools and methods, as well as with certification.

The assignment means:

• Create/update installation instructions
• Create test protocols
• Inform about pilot/commissioning
• Create RFC (Request for Change) before the operations
• Perform pilot installation/commissioning via the MECM tool
• Operating information on the intranet
• Incident management with customer contact

Preparedness can possiblyJoin the assignment.

The consultant should have:

• Be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• Fulfill the least skills level 2
• Sufficient knowledge to be able to work independently with certification/verification in program distribution, installation packages on Windows.
• Experience from quality assurance of application packaging, at least one (1) performed assignment over the past two (2) years.
• At least one (1) year experience in incident management/troubleshooting applications.
• At least one (1) year experience where the work is covered by customer contacts.

The consultant should have:

• Knowledge \ certification of the framework ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and how it is used for RFC (Request for Change).
• Knowledge to be able to work independently with verification of installation packages for installations on Windows 11 clients provide.
• More than twelve (12) months of experience from being able to work independently with certification/verification in program distribution, installation packages on Windows.
