Assignment Description: Hands-On Project Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hands-On Project Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of technical projects, with a particular emphasis on managing changes and plans related to surrounding solutions. This position demands a proactive mindset who can navigate complex technical environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and secure the seamless integration and implementation of solution changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Technical Delivery:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical changes from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all technical deliveries meet timelines.

Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and stakeholder confidence.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Address technical challenges and obstacles promptly to keep project progress on track.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track delivery performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure project deliveries are delivered on-time
