Your mission:
Right now we are looking for two project managers for the Next Generation Retail program, you will have a key role in replacing parts of the system support for our core business, which supports almost 400 pharmacies and e-commerce in the customer meeting.
The one assignment is about leading the project by replacing our existing solution for handling warehouses in pharmacies to a new, state -of -the -art solution. We are looking for those who have experience in running technical projects with a strong connection to warehouse and logistics processes, preferably in retail or pharmacy.
The Second assignment is about leading the project to develop our existing solution for supply of goods and stock refill. We are looking for those who have experience in leading development projects in logistics and supply chain, with an understanding of business -critical processes.
The project manager's role becomes central to ensuring a smooth transition and that the project delivers value to both customers and the business.You will work closely with both our internal development organization and an external supplier responsible for the development and implementation of the new solution.Your ability to drive the project forward, communicate effectively and managing stakeholders will be crucial to achieving our high goals.
Main tasks:
● Plan and lead the project's implementation with both internal and external parties.
● Ensure that the project is coordinated with the program management's overall plans.
● Responsible for ensuring the right resources at the right level.
● Control and follow up the project in accordance with a fixed budget.
● Proactively identify, evaluate and manage potential risks in the project.
● Prepare for launch, including testing and pilot implementation.
● Surrender and documentation to internal teams and affected functions.
Who are you?
● Experience in successful project management in IT and system implementation in a larger context.
● Strong leaders with good ability to handle dialogues with both operations, technical teams and suppliers.
● Good analytical ability and understanding of retail in a unified commerce environment.
● Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders, both within
IT and business.
● Structured and methodical working methods with the ability to manage complex projects.
● Fluent in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
● Experience in regulatory operations, inventory management or store systems is
