Expert Data Scientist

The rapid growth of AI has enabled our client to enhance the interactions between our customers and coworkers in our customer support department. In the upcoming year, we aim to further improve our customer-facing tools by implementing advanced AI capabilities, while also providing our coworkers with efficient AI-powered virtual assistants.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified senior data scientist to join our team, who has a strong background in leadership and product ownership.
The primary objective for the consultant will be to assist our client in driving the development and adoption of AI capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a proven track record in leadership, having previously held roles as a product owner and team leader.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical individuals.
Furthermore, the candidate should have extensive experience in all stages of developing AI capabilities.
Previous experience in applying AI within Retail Customer Experience & Service is highly preferred.
The candidate must be located in Sweden.
