Length of assignment:Immediately to 2024-12-31 with option to extension 6 months.

Extent:80 - 100 %

Mission site:Mostly distance (Umeå about 1-2 times per month, 1-2 days per occasion)

Description:We are now looking for 1-2 consultants who can take on the role of SQL Server developer.

The assignment consists of modeling data from source system to data platform consisting of SQL

Server in order to secure data to various forms of applications such as research data withdrawals.

Important techniques are SQL server, data catalog and computer virtualization.

The work is done within the framework of the item Data and Analysis together with several others. The work also includes dialogue with business experts to interpret parts of the information.

Work can also occur in other ongoing projects and assignments within the region.

The consultant should:

• Express well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
• Fulfill the level of competence 4.
• Have experience with MS SQL at least 8 years over the past 10 years
• Have experience in the development of programs in Python (it includes data stakes, script, applications and web applications) for more than 5 years
• Have experience of XML and JSON
• Have experience in information modeling
• Be driving and self -sufficient and work in teams.

The consultant should:

• Have experience in virtualization of data sources
• Have experience in information modeling.
• Have experience in agile system development.
• Have experience of solution architecture linked to SQL
