Role: Accessibility Reviewer

Assignment Duration: 2024-09-16 to 2025-09-15 (with possibility of extension until 2026-09-15)

Scope: 100% during the first contract period. After the first contract period, Digg may adjust the scope of the assignment.

Assignment Location: Partially remote (Sundsvall or Stockholm 1 day per week or when necessary). (If the consultant's chosen location is Stockholm, Digg will cover travel and/or hotel expenses to Sundsvall when necessary, and vice versa).

Description: We are now looking for a subcontractor who can take on the role of Accessibility Reviewer.

Digg conducts inspections of digital public services provided by public actors to verify compliance with the requirements set by the Law on Accessibility to Digital Public Services (DOS-law). Digg now needs consulting support in the work of reviewing the compliance of public actors' digital services with the accessibility requirements.

The consultant/accessibility reviewer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Reviewing the accessibility of public actors' websites and mobile applications based on the legal requirements for accessibility
• Communicating with public actors regarding their deficiencies in web accessibility
• Developing procedures and working methods within the area of oversight activities
• Responding to inquiries from external actors
• Transfering expertise in the area to the team
