Lead SRE/DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a Lead SRE/DevOps Engineer for our client. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland and offers the opportunity to work remotely in a global environment. However, expect to occasionally attend core meetings or workshops at the Danish or Polish office. A two-week onboarding in Copenhagen is required, along with travel to Copenhagen twice a year and to Warsaw or Poland 2-3 times per year for 1-2 days as an offsite. The first day of work will also be in the Warsaw office, where a laptop and phone will be provided.

✔️Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native platforms and services.
• Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Implement logging, telemetry, and drive improvements in CI/CD and observability.
• Be responsible for our CI/CD processes on GitHub Actions and ADO, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and automation.
• Ensure continuous improvements in code, security, and reliability for the products you support. Share these improvements with other teams to raise the standard of our products.

In addition, you will:

• Continuously develop your professional knowledge and skills by participating in external industry events (such as seminars and conferences) and publishing activities.
