Location: fully remote from Poland/ Hybrid from Warsaw

You will join our team of architects, developers, analysts, and data engineers. Data Management & Analytics is a global, high performing department with a variety of technical, analytical, and multinational backgrounds. We are expanding our offerings to the global organisation, so we need extra resources to succeed with our journey and ambitious vision.

We do data acquisition and ingestion; data analysis and data engineering; evangelising the use of data and advanced analytics; and supporting data science users of our platform. We are cloud native and we work primarily on AWS. We deliver solutions using Scrum methodology. We have built and are operating the enterprise data lake, data mesh and data science platform on AWS to support our vision, which is to be able to deliver world class management of data.

The position is based in Poland and will be working remotely in a global environment.We also expect 2 weeks long onboarding in Copenhagen and travel to Copenhagen twice a year + 2-3 times per year for 1-2 days to Warsaw or Poland as an offsite. First day at work is also in Warsaw office (we are providing laptop and phone).

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be developing a platform for de-centralized data storage across the organization, with a React Frontend, to which we will expect you to take a lead role on.
• You will be responsible for building value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up using cloud technologies as well as write maintainable and properly tested code.
• Exploring new technologies and tools to apply during the development of these solutions and experiment, test, try, fail and learn all the time!

As an ideal candidate you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience within broad software development, i.e., within system architecture, coding for scale, communicating possibilities about what can be built and maintained, as well as a love for experimenting and building MVPs.
• 3-5 years’ professional experience, from a similar position
• Exceptional capabilities using CSS, TypeScript, React are required
• Preferred experience working with the AWS Cloud (ClouldWatch, S3, CloudFront), React Query, Automated testing (unit and e2e) and Tailwind
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining design systems
• Experience with Docker, Azure AD/JWT, CI/CD preferably using Azure DevOps, SSL certificate handling and other JS frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular
• Full stack experience is a considerable advantage
