Our significant client is embarking on a group-wide Data Governance initiative aimed at establishing a robust Data Governance model that aligns with the strategic objectives of various business units. The client is seeking an experienced consultant to assist us in this transformative project.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive data governance framework.
Define and document data governance principles, policies, and roles within the governance organization.
Identify and categorize data domains relevant to the organization.
Implement the governance framework for a pilot data entity within a specific domain.
Guide the project team through the process of establishing common practices for data management.
Prepare for extensive deployment of the governance framework across all data domains after the project is completed.
