Project and team Global Logistics The company is looking for an expert to help process development auditing in a Prem environment.The customer's environment is strongly focused on Java.In the background, a progress -based system that moved out slowly.The customer's goal of making external audit in software development and general processing processes.The audit includes interviews for about 10 people.The purpose of getting a cross -section of people in different roles and finding the reason for the sedimentation of development.After that, the follow -up and the proposal to do otherwise.The customer has 15 people in the product development team and 50 people on the project side.The customer is currently preparing the plan and their own goals.The customer hoped for a preliminary offer, including an estimate and a plan based on preliminary information. You will succeed in this task if You have the experience of pulling audits in connection with process development.You will be able to give a concrete suggestion to improve practices.
