E-service developer

Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced e-service developer to carry out extensive development of the municipality's digital services.The goal is to improve accessibility and ease of use.The assignment includes development, implementation and management of digital services with a focus on the selfpoint platform.

As an e-service developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new e-services for different administrations.The work begins by meeting operations to map their needs and develop pilot solutions that meet them.You will improve and optimize existing processes, test and launch the new services and ensure that everything works smoothly.In addition, you are expected to develop management documentation and train administrators so that they can use and manage the new services effectively.

Mandatory qualifications:

• At least two years of documented experience in developing and implementing e-services in Selfpoint.
• Documented experience of working structured according to project methods and delivering according to timeframes and deadlines.
• Experience from municipal operations and/or public administration.
• Requirements for previous experience must be substantiated by CV and a description of similar assignments.

It is a merit if you have a good communicative ability, both in speech and writing, and can convey your knowledge effectively.You should also have an understanding of the importance of high levels of service and respond to customers professionally and positively.Experience in managing time -critical situations and the ability to self -propel projects from start to finish is also advantageous.
