Assignment description

The purpose of the call is for the customer to be able to fulfill their assignment in the best way, which requires expertise in several different areas.This means that the customer needs to use external labor in the form of IT consultants.

The customer today builds their applications on a micro service architecture where most of the services have a technology stack consisting of Java, Spring, Kafka, Angular and Kubernetes.A handful of services, typically those used for optimization and forecasting, are written in Python.

The development work is currently carried out by eight development teams whose work is organized with SAFE methodology.The operational work is carried out by a dedicated operating team that has preparedness 24/7 and whose work is organized with PM3 and ITIL methodology.They also have a traditional cross-functional group that is engaged in user experience, architecture, product management, test, SAFE management and safety, as well as a development manager.The sprint length is three weeks and the length length is four sprints.At each increase, all development teams gather in place for three days to show what has been developed under previous increments, and to plan what will be developed in future increments.

They are looking for a development team that can take over the development for several of their proprietary applications whose agreement with an existing supplier is expiring.The applications are used for the maintenance of 50 Hz in the Nordic power system.

Stationing Sort: During the start -up phase, the team will need to perform the work in place in Oslo, this is estimated at a total of about 3 weeks during the start -up phase.

For people who have a station other than Sundbyberg or work remotely, you are expected to travel up to eight times a year for PI planning.

For the staff stationed at one of Svenska Kraftnät's office, they may be able to offer distance work from home up to 50%.This is decided in consultation with Svenska kraftnät.

A resource can maximize the number of years to the level of the role per technology area.Ie level two max three years, level three max eight years, level four max twelve years.

All teams should consist of:
-Developer (tech lead, level 4).
-Developer (Scrum Master, Level 3).
-Developer (Security Champion, Level 3).
-Developer (test, level 3).
-4 x developer (Level 2-3).

The team's total experience should be the following:
-Shid 30 years of work experience within Java.
-Done 10 years of work experience in Kafka.
-Imst 15 years of work experience in Spring.
-Donest 15 years of work experience in kubernetes.
-Done 4 years of work experience within Angular or React.

Should requirements

Priority Customer:
The customer should be considered a priority customer.For example, the priority customer means that the customer receives a high priority regarding resource allocation, priority for changes to the extent of assignments and priority on continuity in deliveries.

Describe how the customer is a priority customer and what the process for this looks like.Please note that the described process is intended to be part of the contract.

The customer has several development teams that together deliver a coherent solution with high accessibility requirements based on micro services and our technology stack consisted of Java, Spring, Angular, Kafka and Kubernetes.

In order to ensure a successful implementation of the assignment to the customer, the framework contract supplier should report on the following:
-How do you intend to handle the challenges of building uniform solutions, safe software development, test automation and monitoring?

Examples of things to address may be architecture, libraries, processes and tools that have been used to manage the above aspects in your deliveries.It is possible to pick experiences from several different assignments.
- What success factors do you consider important in taking over the development of existing applications from another development team.

The description may be a maximum of 2 A4 pages, even if the description is attached to a separate appendix.

Reference assignments

The supplier must show that he has experience in delivering teams (at least 6 resources) in IT development through reporting a reference.This is to demonstrate experience of developed organizational structure with clear roles, routines and processes to ensure effective coordination of team deliveries.

The references apply to each teams 1 and 2.

The supplier must fill in reference assignments as below:
-Reice customer.
-Description of the delivery date, the reference should be newer than five (5) years.
-Card Overall description of the delivery.Also briefly describe the ongoing work during the contract period, and report the team's structure.
-The reference should include more than one team and be part of a larger delivery (several sub -projects).
-The reference shall include the development of business -critical systems (real -time systems, critical for the management and operation of operations).
-Contact person with name, role, telephone and email.
