We are now looking for W3D3 consultants (team delivery) to the Pension Authority.

The assignment includes:
General description of the needs
The Pension Authority intends to sign a team agreement on technical support, support and less development efforts for the application W3D3 from Formpipe - with associated modules, circulation systems and test environment, as well as the government -specific adaptations made by or linked to W3D3.
The agreement shall also include corresponding contributions for those parts of W3D3 that the Pension Authority as a host authority is expected to offer the Fund Square Board.
The purpose of the agreement is for the Pension Authority together with the supplier to work for a stable environment with good performance that meets our users' needs.The Pension Authority needs support on issues related to development opportunities as well as concrete malfunctioning measures and annual upgrades.

Description of W3D3 at the Pension Authority
W3D3 is one of the Pension Authority's document management and case management system.In the system, general documents linked to cases relating to e.g.Reviews, police reports, agreements, decisions, referrals, procurement cases, views from the public, personnel matters and certain fund trade cases.

Using the export tool W3D3 XML Archiver, W3D3 is also used for ongoing publication of documents on the authority's intranet, daily deliveries of data to the e-diary on the external web and deliveries of data to the statistics system pedal.Furthermore, there are integrations between W3D3 and other systems - includingWith the output system Streamserve for automated prints of certain outgoing documents and with the customer register for address information for counterparties in appeal cases.

The extent of the agreement

An annual upgrade and possible patchings on an ongoing basis during the contract period.
Participation at at least one administrative meeting per quarter with the Pension Authority.
Support via telephone and mail weekly weekdays at 8:00 am -16: 30.
Setting time: The supplier must feedback on a high or medium priority case within 2 hours.
Technical support in connection with components or systems such as W3D3 is dependent on remedying (for example, Datahall Switches).
Provide price suggestions on solving a case takes more than 4 hours to rectify.
Reporting regarding incoming cases and solutions per case.
Technical expertise and support for existing W3D3 installation including environments for operation and acceptance tests, as well as client environment.Includes common malpractice and service measures that do not include development.
The Pension Authority should be able to call off ongoing consulting hours to carry out activities relating to development or service in addition to the remedy of errors and incidents.

Shell requirements

Have established collaboration agreements (counterpart) with Formpipe.
Provide a portal for case management for the Pension Authority.
Report quarterly or if necessary regarding status on ongoing cases, solution, number of hours consumed, etc.
Provide technical expertise and provide support for existing W3D3 installation including environments for operation and acceptance tests, as well as client environment.
Be driven in handling received cases and solutions for these.
Offer at least one consultant who has made at least three (3) upgrades to the W3D3 version used by the Pension Authority at present (2024 R1).
Offer at least one consultant with 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and corrections in W3D3 and associated modules.
Offer consultants with good communicative ability and good linguistic ability in speech and writing.
The assignment agreement from Keyman must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed in (nothing else allowed by PM)
