Communications Manager

We are looking for a Communications Manager for one of our pharma clients in Ballerup

Job Description
We are looking for a profile for our PMO team, who is able to assist us with communication related activities in relation to our windows11 roll out.

• Senior or experienced communications manager or professional with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience specifically with IT project communications
• Experience within IT project communications is a requirement – the higher no. of IT projects the resource has experience with delivering communications for, the better
• Experience within communications about either Windows 11 software updates or previous Windows software updates is a plus
• The resource will need to drive a pre-created communications plan and produce all the deliverables in the plan – the deliverables include various types of communication pieces such as articles, emails, internal social media posts, internal townhall meetings, PowerPoint slide presentations, posters, informative one-pagers, and training guides
• The resource also needs to be able to add to and adapt the plan and each deliverable on an ongoing basis, as needed by the project

Duration:

• As of now, we are looking for a part-time resource forQ4 in 2024andQ1 2025with a possibility for extension
• The no. of hours per week will vary – the main bulk of the work will be in Q4 2024, and will require about 2 working days per week
• Further alignment on weekly time needed is possible to conclude in collaboration with the resource and the resource requester, upon reviewing the communications plan

End date:31/03/2025 (possibility for extension)
Allocation:Approx. 20 hours per week
Location: Ballerup, Denmark or 100% Remote
