Role: Architect within SDK (Secure Digital Communication)

Assignment duration: November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 (with the possibility of extension until October 31, 2026)

Scope: 100%

Assignment location: Partially remote (Sundsvall or Stockholm 1 day per week or when required). (If the consultant's chosen location is Stockholm, Digg will cover travel and/or hotel expenses to Sundsvall when needed, and vice versa).

Description: We are now looking for a subcontractor who can take on the role of Interim Manager (for the unit of Identity and Authorization).

Digg provides the digital infrastructure Secure Digital Communication (SDK) to public entities in order for them to exchange information securely. Digg now needs to strengthen the teams working with SDK with a consultant.

The consultant shall perform the following tasks:

• Provide technical advice for organizations connecting to SDK (authorities, municipalities, regions and private entities), and participate in exploratory work prior to connection.
• Manage framework/rules and technical specifications for SDK.
• Capture technical needs from participating organizations and private entities offering solutions for SDK, and ensure that these needs are realized effectively within SDK.
• Collaborate with private entities offering solutions to connect to SDK.
• Collaborate with public entities intending to use SDK.

This assignment requires a level 3 security clearance agreement, where the consultant's security class is two (2). With this in mind, Digg has the following requirements for the delivery:
