Assignment description
The municipality plans to implement a number of life cycle projects to secure the IT environment during 2024-2026.Work is underway to review the opportunities for collaboration with another municipality and to enable closer cooperation, measures in the municipality's IT environment need to be taken.This work may lead to a whole or partial operation merging.

Regardless of collaboration with the other municipality or not, several LCM projects will have to be implemented in the coming year.Hofors Municipality wants strategic and architectural support in this.

The assignment is an advisory and coordinating project assignment.The municipality's staff will work in the projects.In this assignment, the customer does not demand resource consultants, but advisory IT architectural consultants.The assignment is a consulting assignment with coordination responsibility.The following skills are relevant to the assignment, to varying extent:

Program Manager: Overall responsible, this person can also have competence as an IT architect.

IT architects: Architectural assignments for advice.One or more consultants with expertise in complex IT environments, server and system architecture, Windows platform (server and client) are in demand.

Project Manager: Project Manager assignments for any operational merger where municipal staff and sub -consultants (sub -consultants may belong to the supplier's staff but may also be external).

OPTION IT Security Expert: The municipality may call off consultants in area 5 IT and information security if needed.

Ska requirements
Contractors together or individually have experience of:
-The competence level 3 (4-8 years).
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge about project management.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge of complex IT environments.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge about server and system operation.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge of Windows server and client platform.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge about the merger of IT operations in larger organizations.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge about the introduction of digital national tests.
-The consultant should have experience and knowledge of IT security (Option).
-The compliant consultants must have experience in public activities where educational activities are part of the organization.(Eg municipal activities with primary and secondary schools).
