Job Description:

In order to maintain our requirements in the long run, we aim to establish automated processes for daily compliance checks. These processes should also allow for quick implementation of necessary changes in the environment.

Responsibilities:

- Designing customer networks in the ACI and legacy environment for both new and existing clients

- Creating detailed low-level design documents based on ticket information

- Coordinating necessary steps with Windows, Unix, database, and storage infrastructure teams

- Generating service requests for implementing design documents

- Configuring planned changes following existing change processes

- Ensuring quality and resolving any issues according to process guidelines

- Creating and executing changes as necessary

- Developing network concept
