Assignment description

The purpose of the call is successive deliveries of support, maintenance and further development of the county administrative boards' support for cultural environment ash.

Deliveries may contain all the parts of the framework agreement;ieDevelopment projects of customized software, customized software management, app development, API services, PAAS and system development software.

Assignments may also include adaptation and further development as well as maintenance of integration components between different software environments at the county administrative boards, but also between the county administrative boards' software environments and applications at other authorities.The assignment on integration may also include assignments on project management together with other suppliers.

The consulting services that can be covered according to the framework agreement are mainly system development and system administration, but also installation, configuration, migration, project management, security, test and training.

The supplier shall specify what hourly prices for different consulting categories will be applied for development, adaptation, support and malpractice.

The evaluation will be based on a total of 3,200 hours calculated for four years distributed as follows:
- 2,000 hours for competence level 3.
- 1,400 hours of competence level 4.
- 1,000 hours of competence level 5.

Consultants with all levels of competence (3-5) should be able to be included in a delivery.The supplier should be able to guarantee that the county administrative board in each delivery should be able to have a mix of the number of hours for different competence levels where the county administrative board can choose that the amount of hours of a certain level of competence can correspond to at least 50 % of the total number of hours in the assignment.

Price for customer service

The supplier shall specify the price for customer service including support system for support under this procurement basis where all costs are included such as one -off fees, periodic fees and variable fees.No other costs may be added.
