IT technicians with purchasing experience and knowledge within M365, servers and SharePoint

Office staffing is now looking for an experienced IT technician on behalf of our customer.Our customer is an innovative company with over 20 years of experience in delivering IT solutions to SMEs.They combine technical expertise with deep business understanding and are now looking for a driven IT technician to further strengthen their team.

About the role: As an IT technician, you will be a key resource for the company's customers, where you are responsible for delivering both technical support and advice.You will work both on site with customers and at a distance to ensure that their IT environments are optimized, secure and updated.The service offers a mix of technology and business thinking, where you are also responsible for purchasing and contribute to customers' strategic IT development.

Tasks:

• Analyze customers' needs and design customized IT solutions.
• Support and administer M365, SharePoint and various servers to meet customers' needs.
• Conduct technical projects from beginning to end, focusing on delivering high quality results.
• Ensure that customers have a safe and stable IT environment, by being proactive and keeping up to date on the latest trends and threats in IT security.
• Responsible for purchasing and contributing strategic business thinking in different project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective project deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or work experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, focusing on technical support and system administration.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint and server administration.
• Experience in purchasing and a strong ability to think in business.
• Very good customer -oriented skills and strong social skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a requirement.
• Ability to operate and manage complex IT projects independently.
• B-driving license is a requirement.
