Background to the need
During a specified period of 75%, we need support for the delivery of systems to Skåne archive's e-archive.The assignment includes ensuring accessibility, comprehensibility and integrity of digital information, even when it is no longer available through the source systems.Skåne archive uses R2BSoftware Marshal ETL/OAIS for this purpose.
Assignment description
The work includes developing and executing a marshal model to create data packages containing an XML file and any attachments (pictures, scanned documents, etc.).These data packages should be registered in Marshal e-archive using SIP reception client.The information must be indexed in the E-Archive's index database based on the defined needs for searching for the end user.
To make the information readable and accessible to the end user, an XSLT style and JSON will be used for publication in the web portal.Any thinning rules (settings in the marshal list client) must be tested and documented, so that the latter can be used for thinning.The preservation must be made in format that is approved by the National Archives.
Expected results of delivery:
That we completed the delivery of PMO from any/some municipalities and created a model for continued work.
