For our client, we are looking for a UX designer.
Requirements:
Good understanding of WCAG2.1 AA and ARIA1.1.
Familiarity with principles of interaction design and user-friendliness.
Knowledge of public requirements for usability and interaction design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Higher relevant education at a bachelor's or master's level.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in interaction and usability design.
Experience in the public sector/justice sector.
Experience in similar projects.
Relevant education, courses, certifications.
In addition, the consultant should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Creating wireframes, sketches, and/or prototypes.
Experience in service design.
Project experience in the public sector.
Experience with usability testing.
Experience in process mapping and process design.
Start date: To be determined after assignment and submission of police certificate.
Work schedule: 100%.
Duration: 31.12.2024 with possibility of extension until 2026.
Location: The client allows for remote work, but attendance at occasional meetings in Horten and Lillestrøm is desired, approximately 2-4 times per month.

Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
