The length of the assignment: 2025-02-15 through 2025-10-31 (Option on extension for the assignment to be completed)

Extent:Up to 50% while Feb - October with a break during holiday months

Mission site:Distance (occasional site visits in Skellefteå as agreed with clients).

Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of project manager for document management system.

The assignment involves as project manager leading document management - Project 3, a sub -project in a series of projects.Project 3 involves creating the conditions for handling open documents.The project involves work together with the operations to develop a solution that supports both the organization's common needs as well as the unique needs of different activities to work with information.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 2.
• Be able to communicate in the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
• Have relevant education as well as current professional experience and knowledge in the competence area project management and the role of project manager.
• Have completed at least two assignments in the competence area project management and the role project manager over the past three years

The consultant should:

• Have experience in the introduction of document management solution in larger public organizations
• Have knowledge of document management solutions.
