We are now looking for an IT Project Manager to join our client's IT PMO team.

The team is responsible for implementing IT-related projects and driving process and tool implementations worldwide. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Field Service solutions, ensuring smooth project execution in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

The role can be performed mainly remotely, with occasional on-site days required in the Helsinki area and at customer implementation locations abroad. The expected contract duration is until the end of September 2025, with an option to extend until 31.12.2025. The allocation for this role is 50-80%.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining Field Service projects overall plan including scope, schedule, budget, resources
Reporting the project status to the project steering committee
Delivering a successful project within schedule, budget and scope in accordance with the planned milestones and their deliverables
Maintaining continuous communications with the project team, steering group and local executives
Preparing project management reports and steering committee status update documents
Supporting on resolving major issues related to priorities, requirements and procedures
Analyzing and processing change requests arising during the project (scope creep, timeline and cost impact)
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
Supporting project team members to ensure appropriate quality controls are in place

Requirements:

Senior level project management experience and familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
Extensive experience in leading IT projects, with a focus on Field Service Solution implementations or enhancements
Understanding and experience of Field Service solutions.
Strong skills in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
Experience in working with cross-functional and multinational teams.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Fluent English and Finnish (written and spoken).
