Assist to create a comprehensive visualization of our current program structure, detailing 'who is who' in the organization. Lead the development of a competency map linked to specific roles, deliverables, and a RACI matrix within an organizational chart. Guidance and industry experience on structuring program governance across teams.

Must Have:
Expertise in organizational design. The ideal candidate should have experience in visualizing current and future team structures, leading competency mapping related to roles, deliverables, and RACI within org charts, and advising on program governance. Their skill set must include strong analytical abilities and proficiency in visualization tools.
