Assignment description

The customer is in need of an experienced consultant in requirements and operational analysis.The consultant will participate in the business project for procurement and implementation of a new salary and HR system.The consultant may also participate in other projects.

Consultant's tasks:
-Sheelly pursue requirements analysis and perform the operational work on documenting and systematizing the requirements.
-To, with the help of business experts, convert identified needs into requirements, which are used in procurement and in the subsequent implementation of the IT solution.
-See to the whole and contribute to a well -balanced requirement image.
-Satting in the introduction of a new salary and HR system, by monitoring that setting up and configuration of the system is made in line with set requirements, in collaboration with the supplier.

In case of a possible extension, the consultant shall:
- Contributes to transferring requirements to test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute in the work of reviewing processes and changing working methods.

Ska requirements

- At least three (3) years of experience in requirements analysis.
- Great habit of translating identified needs into functional requirements, non-functional requirements and quality requirements that are placed on an IT solution.
- Experience in requirements analysis before and in connection with the implementation of larger standard systems.
- Ability to lead the requirements work and meet different kinds of activities, even those that have little experience in expressing needs and requirements.
- Competence to document requirements in a structured and systematic way.
- Ability to see different perspectives and contribute to a holistic view of the requirements picture
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Should requirements

- Experience from requirements for procurement and introduction of system support in the salary and HR area.
- Experience in supporting business development, such as adaptation of processes and introducing new working methods, in order to achieve goals and achieving expected effects.
- Experience from previous assignments in the public sector.

Reference assignments

The consultant needs to enter two (2) reference assignments as below.
- The respective reference assignments must refer to the role of requirements analyst.
- The respective reference assignments must contain a description of the consultant's methods and approaches.
- The respective reference assignments should amount to a minimum of 500 hours in scope.
- The reference assignments may be ongoing or completed.
- The reference assignment must not be older than five (5) years, calculated from the last date for call response.
- Reference assignments for the own organization are not accepted.

Start-slut+option:2024-11-25-2025-06-30 + Option: 6 months

Extent: Warranty of 16-20h a week.The assignment may amount to 40h per week for periods.

Stationing Sort: Distance, but trips within Sweden (mainly Härnösand, Stockholm and Örebro) may occur.
