Project manager with some technical background

One of our customers is looking for a project manager with some technical background.

The customer is looking for help reviewing requests for access and ensuring that any integration follows the customers Terms of Service. This will include the manual handling of cases based on existing guidelines and proactive research in our data sources together with our Data Scientists, optimization of processes together with our Product teams, and interaction with other parts of the company like Legal, Business Development, and Licensing.

What you'll do

• Proactively review and investigate the usage of client’s Developer Platform.
• Handle requests for platform access and take decisions based on existing guidelines.
• Detects patterns and common themes in those requests and other data points.
• Continue to develop and optimize processes for the existing review and investigation workflows.
• Work closely with other teams and parts of the client.
• Build relationships across a wide variety of domains and business units to support our review process and collaborate around cases where we are dependent on input.
• Communicate with internal and external parties professionally, representing the client in the best possible way.
• Collaborate with engineers to both understand the stakeholders as well as develop various tooling.

Who you are:

• You are an experienced project manager with some technical background, e.g., in Information Technology or Information Systems or have had relevant work experience.
• You have experience with proactive investigation and research, categorizing data, and handling requests with limited guidelines.
• You have an excellent command of the English language and good communication skills.
• You are self-driven and can navigate through ambiguity.
• You’re comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile and fast-paced environment.
• You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on, solving any problems needed to help projects move forward.
• You are flexible, collaborative, and open-minded and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Should you have experience withlegal or compliance matters this is a bonus.

For this role, it can be within the EMEA region.

  Within the Central European and GMT time zones for collaboration and ask that all be located in that time zone.
