Systems Operations Senior Specialist

Assignment description:

You will work with our state -of -the -art trading platform and be responsible for managing incoming cases, solving incidents and launching new versions.Performance tests and recovery procedures are performed for different versions, and you will participate in many exciting projects that improve and introduce new products and improvements.If you enjoy in a result -oriented, high -performance international environment and like to work creatively and dynamically, this is the role for you.

Tasks:

• Participation in all activities around the applications, such as handling incoming cases, incident solution, requirements and launch of new versions.
• Design, plan and implement changes in our existing systems and implement new solutions.
• Plan and perform performance and non-functional tests.
• Act specialist in operational issues, requirements and problems.
• Participation in various projects for both existing and new customers.
• Maintain documentation for operation, which is needed for second line support.
• Manage projects and independently carry out parts of major implementation projects.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Knowledge about Linux/Unix.
• Experience in working with devops, system administration, networks, application operations or similar areas.
• Knowledge of script (Perl, Python, etc.) and databases (SQL) is a merit.
• Knowledge in cloud services, containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) is a merit.
• Degree in computer science, information system or similar.
• Excellent language skills in English, both in speech and writing.
• Strong self -driving force and initiative, and enjoy working in a fast, demanding environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle several tasks at the same time and a strong work ethic in a business-critical 24/7 environment will ensure your success in this role.
