Are you an experienced SAP QM/PP Consultant looking for a new opportunity in the Pharmaceutical & life sciences sector? Look no further! Next Ventures is currently conducting a search for an individual to join our client's team in this exciting field.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP QM and PP modules to ensure efficient production planning and stringent quality management. In addition, a deep understanding of life sciences industry regulations, GMP, and related compliance requirements is essential.

This is a hands-on position and we are looking for applicants with demonstrated industry experience. The project will be based on new S4 Hana technology and will include both remote working and some onsite client visits in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. The contract is for 12-24 months with a start date of 2-4 weeks from now.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP QM Implementation and Management:

Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP QM processes including quality planning, quality inspection, quality control, and quality certificates.
Developing inspection plans, sampling procedures, and managing test equipment.
Managing quality notifications, CAPA processes, and audit management.

SAP PP Implementation and Management:

Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP processes including production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity planning.
Overseeing shop floor control, work orders, and process orders.
Integrating production execution with QM for in-process inspections.

Integration and Compliance:

Ensuring seamless integration of SAP QM and PP modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
Developing and managing electronic batch records and validation processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyzing production and quality data to identify areas for improvement.
