Key Requirements:
– As a VMware Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing virtualization solutions based on VMware technologies.– You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure requirements, develop robust virtualization architectures, and provide expert guidance on VMware best practices.– Your expertise will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, ensuring high availability, and driving efficiency within our organization and production sites.
Key Responsibilities:
– Designing, implementing, and managing virtualization solutions based on VMware technologies. – Consult and collaborate with infrastructure teams to assess business requirements and evaluate existing infrastructure.– Provide expert guidance on VMware best practices.– Develop virtualization strategies to meet organizational goals.– Support the design and optimize virtualization architectures to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and applications.– Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and best practice guidelines.– Support the evaluation and recommendation on third party tools and technologies to enhance the virtualization environment.– Provide expert guidance and mentorship to infrastructure teams on VMware best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
