AML Business Analyst

For our client, a Danish company, we realize a recruitment process on the positionAML Business Analyst.

Location: Remote work with visits to the office in Warsaw once a month.

Project description:
For the AML team, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to help maintain and develop a good AML solution for our customers. You will be working with 10 colleagues in the team.
The consultant will become part of the AML Department where the work environment is characterized by openness, commitment, delegated responsibility, teamwork and professional as well as personal development.

Main Resposibilities:

• Analysis of requirements and legislation, dialogue with authorities and financial institutions, requirements specification

• Optimization of solutions, sparring with programming teams, tests with users, documentation and training
• Communication with banks and the programming team in Denmark and Poland
• Daily contact with Danish colleagues

An ideal candidate profile:

• Depth knowledge of AML
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to follow-up and be self-driven and motivated.
• Analytical skills and good data understanding
• Familiar with contact with customers
• Business understanding and understanding of the interplay between regulatory requirements and customers' daily needs
• Experience with AML from a financial institution
• Experience with SAS AML will be a plus
• Hands-on experience with data use
• Responsible, conscientious and used to working independently
• Excellent English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAS-AML Viya
• Experience with power BI
• Understanding Go AML
