Malmö, Senior Product Specialist Marketing, 12 months remote/onsite
As part of a major MarTech overhaul in our worldwide marketing organization, we are establishing a new digital product area dedicated to Marketing Performance. The candidate will join our team during the early starting phase. When looking at the current state of marketing strategy & operations, one can observe a scattered data landscape with limited availability, low accessibility, and low quality. This consumes a substantial amount of the many co-workers' valuable time across Ingka. Furthemore, it results in an incomplete understanding of Ingka's marketing impact on growth and revenue as well as customers' preferences and ultimately leads to missed sales opportunities. Our digital solutions (in-house, SaaS, or hybrid) will therefore translate marketing performance data into higher level insights, facilitate marketing optimization through predictive data-models and data-based recommendations. The ideal candidate will be supporting both: operations of an existing marketing big-data-automation product and setting up future MarTech products by contributing to business cases, Make-Or-Buy processes, and SaaS vendor selection. Requirements : The scope of the consultant services is to assist in: Contribute to the strategic work needed to set up a new digital department for success (including make-or-buy decisions) - Test, analyze and validate the actual impact of the assigned product(s) to make sure that objectives and co-worker needs are reached - Support engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to successfully deliver new capabilities and roll-out in-house and/or SaaS-solutions - Apply analytical skills to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data quality (data validation) - Meet and work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product(s) - Work cross functional to ensure that agile teams have what is needed and remove blockers that prevent them to maximize the delivery of digital capabilities - Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the business needs, interpret, and share that knowledge with the product teams - Work closely with your teams and technology vendors whilst having a collaborative mindset experience, competence, skills etc - A strong product mindset paired with high empathy for big data - Extensive knowledge of the MarkTech industry (Marketing Performance data products, dashboards, and optimization tools) and SaaS technology landscape and experience in working with bought solutions . To validate and analize SaaS solutions against business need. - Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, designers, data analysts, and peers in a constructive and collaborative relationship - Experience with tools such as PowerBi and Looker Studio - Good understanding of data pipelines and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes - Proficiency in BigQuery and SQL is preferred (1-2 times onsite/week will be required)
