The Municipal Office at Varberg Municipality needs part-time consulting support during the period 18 November (alternatively as soon as possible) until December 31, 2024 to procure e-archives.
Varberg Municipality is looking for 1 senior consultant who has very good experience in e-archives and requirements in connection with the procurement of e-archives in the municipal sector.It is crucial that the consultant has an understanding of both technical and archive -related issues.Knowledge Level 4 or 5 for the role.
The need is mainly within the IT consultant's expertise area 5, 6 or 8.

The assignment is to independently, with an existing municipal archive organization as support, prepare and compile requirements formulations in order to procure an appropriate e-archive.The procurement competence itself is in place in the form of the municipality's contractors.The focus is thus as a client and the requirements.The last procurement of e-archives was made in the spring of 2023, which means that there is already preparation of the documentation.
