Product Owner - Teamcenter PLM

We are currently seeking a Product Owner - Teamcenter PLM for our client, Husqvarna AB.

Husqvarna is undertaking a major PLM program to implement new solutions and capabilities for their business users. The program is organized into different work streams, including applications, migration, change management, business implementations, and infrastructure-related topics.

In this role, you will manage the infrastructure team responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and architecture of the Azure-based Teamcenter PLM application. You will also oversee CI/CD practices and tools within the program.

As Product Owner, you will prioritize the team's backlog and ensure that the needs and demands of other teams (such as application and migration) within the program are effectively communicated and addressed from the outset.

Required Functional Skills:

• Ability to prioritize technical activities related to Teamcenter PLM
• Experience in managing the Teamcenter environment
• Basic understanding of CyberSecurity processes and routines
• Knowledge of application and infrastructure performance management
• Familiarity with Cloud/Azure technologies

Required Business Skills:

• Strong soft skills, including values, collaborative mindset, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and promote an agile/SAFe mindset within the team
• Capable of identifying and addressing risks, as well as providing mitigation plans
• Experience working in a multicultural global environment
• Ability to confidently defend well-argued visions
