Length of assignment:2025-02-13 through 2025-12-31 (with option to extension up to and including 2026-12-31).

Extent:100 % during the period 2025-02-13 through 2026-06-30, and 50 % during the period 2026-07-01 through 2026-12-31.

Mission site:Distance (Sundsvall once a month or if necessary if the work entry requires it).

Description:We are now looking for a sub-consultant who can take on the role of information and cyber security consultant to RVN FVIS programs and Sussa collaboration.

The assignment mainly includes the projects below, but can be supplemented with other tasks if necessary.

The main task is that:

Within the framework of Sussa collaboration, contribute with specialist expertise in the field of information and cyber security, for example for joint development of data warehouses (Guad), up to 50%.

On behalf of the client as a resource in the regional FVIS program within the previously mentioned area of ​​expertise, up to 50%.

The client determines the distribution of time between the assignments.

The assignment includes documenting on behalf of the buyer and to transfer skills to relevant staff with the buyer.

The consultant should have:

• Good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Extensive experience in information security work according to the standard ISO/IEC 27002 in larger organizations
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations that govern/regulate information security
• Good knowledge of standard ISO/IEC 27002: 2022 Guidelines for Information Security Actions
• Easy to create new contacts, build relationships and can cooperate in an effective way
• Good service spirit and experience of complex IT environments at larger businesses
• Great ability to take your own responsibility and work independently

The consultant should have:

• Experience of work within Sussa collaboration
• Extensive experience in information security work in regional health care
• Good knowledge of data warehouses
• Good knowledge of the development of reports through MS Power BI
