Assignment description:

The role is responsible for component management in Program Plant Information

Which means responsibility for the program's delivery coordination and preparation statements intended for projects, programs and portfolio leaders.

The focus is on program priority for the projects and their life stage.The work is done in collaboration with other resources in the program and the respective project management

Delivery coordination will contribute to more efficient progress, reduced conflicts and be perceived as support for project management.

Responsibility plays an important role in the cross -functional change work.

Tasks

Perform delivery activities and survey.
Develop, abroad and publish tools for delivery coordination (visualization, component register).
LED Work on the development and updating of preparation statements.
Collect and document the deliveries, progress, challenges and questions, and if necessary, escalate these to the program management.
Regularly update, report program management/program office on what is going on a comprehensive image.
Internally in the program act as a coordinator to quality assure the program's interaction with various projects.

Other tasks

Act team leader for Proof of Concept in asset information.

Ska-requirements:

The consultant must have at least 2 years of documented experience in working with asset management ISO 55000 and 19650 in large organizations.
The consultant must have at least 5 years of documented experience in system development and management according to agile methods
The consultant must have at least 3 years documented experience in analyzing operations and developing analysis reports.
The consultant must have at least 5 years of documented experience working in PMO or program office.
The consultant's language is Swedish

REFERENCE:

The previously completed reference assignment shall refer to a relevant assignment that is ongoing or completed.Relevant means equivalent according to the assignment description of the call.The date of completion should be within the past two years.

The reference assignment shall refer to external assignment at a minimum of 1200 hours and be approved by the assignment manager.Internal reference assignment at a framework contract supplier or subcontractor and assignments between the parties subcontractor, framework contract supplier and owner may not be submitted.
