UX Designer

For our client, one of the global IT company we realize recruitment process on the position of UX Designer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across product
• Focusing on the development project within AI area
• Conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, gathering insights – UX research
• Taking care of wireframing and prototyping – creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes based on Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Creating design based on user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experience
• Cooperating with a cross-functional and international project team

An ideal candidate profile:

• Higher education level connected to UX Design
• At least 3 years of experience as UX Designer
• Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe, Figma or Sketch
• Hands-on experience with designing UX layer within IT solutions – experience with web application UX design
• Ability to design user centered solutions including visuals and interactions as well wireframing and prototyping
