AI support in handling

For our customer Lund Municipality we are looking for oneConsultant who deals with AI support in handling.

Mission:
Pilot in the form of a POC to support the processing process in Lund municipality.Lund Municipality needs support in implementing a POC with the goal of being able to transcribe conversations between administrators and users and categorize the result according to selected scenarios/areas of life according to their regulations.Categorization should be managed by an AI-RAG solution that can manage categorization of text based on examples and available guidelines.

Transcription and categorization /summation and validation, partly of transcription and partly by categorization /summation, is handled by standalone modules that can be easily replaced.POC should be based on open standards and can easily be further developed supplier independence.Lund Municipality wants a cloud -based solution in Azure.

The solution must take into account the management of legal requirements for a solution of this kind of operation in public operations in health care with high secrecy for data.For the assignment, they see that the supplier should be able to offer a smaller team with the following skills/roles: Senior Data Scientist, Data Scientist, Cloud Engineer.Start shall be made promptly and delivery shall be made by no later than
i december.

Competence requirements:

• Experience in implementing AI-based POC and IT projects in the public sector
• In -depth knowledge of AI and its applications within the social services
• Strong leadership skills and experience in project management
• Competence in business architecture, transcription and data platforms
• Experience working with Microsoft-based AI technologies and platforms
• Supplier should hold Microsoft Specialization MSFT AI Specialization Module B

• Data Scientist
• Cloud engineer

Tenders shall contain:

• CVN on offered consultants
• Hourly price - a uniform hourly rate for all consulting roles
• Overall implementation plan for the assignment according to the above sub -areas/deliveries with assessment of the necessary hours divided per consultant role.

Option for extension:Option of extending the agreement is available in 6 months.Option used in this Agreement is always done to already

Location for implementation:Lund, Sweden.Distance work: 100 %
Extent:10.5 h/v.The assignment starts in November with final delivery in December 2024. Date is decided in consultation
Between Lund Municipality and Supplier for contract signing.
Form of compensation:Ongoing (sec/h).There is no compensation for travel or travel time.
Billing plan:Monthly invoicing based on reported time in ework time (time reporting system)
Invoice information:PayExpress is standard on all our contracts.See information below.Otherwise, 30 days of payment time is valid + 1-5 days for administration.
