We are looking for an experienced determinant to support the renewal of the investment customer's web business.Business is currently recording requirements in different areas, such as customer data management, online service contracts, proxy and access rights.We need a determinant who can document the requirements carefully so that they can be used to request reliable workload estimates from suppliers.

The desired know -how:

The ability to ask the right questions and to describe the requirements clearly and accurately
Experience in areas of investment clients in particular is an advantage
Skill to perceive the principles of proxies and access management (an advantage)
An understanding of investment services is a plus
