Senior UKG Pro/Ultipro HR Admin Functional & Integration, 2+ months - Remote/CET hours

Perfect fit would be combination of APIs and SAP SuccessFactor/Employee Central.

Description:

Our client is looking for a senior UKG Pro/Ultipro HR Admin Functional & Integration consultant.

The assignment is part-time and the estimated workload is 114 hours in total.

Design
Help with understanding our client's processes in UKG Pro/Ultipro, Have a good understanding on use of UKG Pro/Ultipro APIs and should support with Postman collections
Explain the limitations of UKG Pro/Ultipro APIs & support with field mapping
SAP CPS, UKG Pro/Ultipro processes explanation - how data is processed in UKG Pro/Ultipro when a data is sent from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Provide an understanding of UKG Pro/Ultipro data model
Provide an understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) data model - nice to have
Responsible for requirement gathering and data mapping recommendations, Support with entity and field mapping(alignment between payroll and integration dependencies)
Ability to lead the discussion/present the IT technicalities with the business (HR) users in the understandable way
Result oriented, team player

Build
Support with implementation of required configuration/enhancement of APIs (UKG Pro)
Support with usage of UKG Pro/Ultipro APIs, support with Postman collections, support with unit testing and system integration testing
Verifying unit test results in UKG Pro/Ultipro

UAT
Support with preparation of UAT test cases along with functional consultant
Support during UAT with trouble-shooting and defect fixing
During UAT testing ensure it is aligned with payroll requirements
Verify UAT test results and provide feedback
Work with business and clarify UAT results
Help with verifying defect fixes during UAT

Data Migration
Share if any dependencies between the existing data with usage of APIs
Help with harmonization of the data during data migration

Cutover
Help with cut-over tasks preparation and flag dependencies

Go-Live
Support with Go-Live activities and provide knowledge transfer to the HR IT team.

Must haves:

Good experience with US Payroll processes
Prior experience with Employee Central to UKG Integrations
Good experience working with Employee Central and UKG Integrations using APIs, SAP Cloud Integration(SAP CI)
Ability to lead the discussion/present the IT technicalities with the business (HR) users in the understandable way
Result oriented, team player
