Overview:

The project aims to create a unified layer in the data architecture, centralizing all relevant industrial data for a single source of truth. Our infrastructure relies on the Aveva PI System to collect, store, and manage time-stamped data from multiple sources in the cloud, providing valuable insights for our industrial operations.

We are seeking3 skilled Aveva PI Consultants (junior (>1 year), mid (>3 years) and senior (>5 years)to design, deploy, and support this solution during the project's initial phase

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, deployment, and management of the Aveva PI system in the cloud, integrating with local systems and tools (Seeq, Eschbach).

• Develop, test, and maintain the interface between SAP and MES using REST API and PI WebAPI.

• Analyze condition-based maintenance data and configure PI AF, PI Vision.

• Provide troubleshooting and support for the Aveva PI system as needed.

• Collaborate with the StarTek committee to gather user requirements and configure data models for new site implementations.

• Document, test, deploy solutions, and organize training sessions.

Requirements:

• At least 1, 3 or 5 years of experience working with the Aveva (OSIsoft) PI System, including PI AF and PI Vision.

• Experience with AspenTech IP21 historians and interface configuration for Aspen MES and/or PI.

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, Microsoft Windows Servers (64-bit), and Microsoft Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, and VBA scripting.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
