QlikSense assignment BI developer

The task includes setting authorizations in QlikSense: We want to improve and automate the authorization process in QlikSense (Active Directory is available). Currently, we do not have a comprehensive overview of the authorizations assigned to a user in QlikSense. Users are assigned to one or more streams. We need a simpler way to manage authorizations for users. We also wish to have a quick overview of the authorizations granted to a user, without having to go into each stream to add or remove a user.

Expected results:
1. Improved and automated authorization process in QlikSense (Active Directory is available). Comply with GDPR (automatically remove authorizations when an individual leaves Värmdö Municipality).
2. The task includes creating integration with existing payroll data (one file) in QlikSense.
3. The task includes archiving historical data in QlikSense, specifically related to finance and accounting.
4. Access to old apps and data.

End date: 2024-12-13
Scope: Approximately 100-170 hours.
Possibility for extension: Yes.

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years of experience in similar assignments as a BI developer, specifically with QlikSense.
• Competence/experience in QlikSense projects. Additional value will be given and evaluated based on similar projects, their duration, and complexity. Please see the additional value attachment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English, both orally and in writing.
