Assignment description

The call refers to a (1) experienced test leader with leadership qualities.

The consultant will participate throughout the development chain from design, development and testing in an agile working method.The development project is comprehensive and includes both front-end and back-end development, which means that the consultant needs a long experience of similar projects.The customer's management and development team works according to agile principles.They are therefore looking for a test leader who is a team player and who sees collaboration and knowledge sharing as a matter of course to succeed.They expect the consultant to have a great commitment and can drive his own, as well as the team's work forward.The assignment includes documenting according to the customer's guidelines and that competence is transferred to designated staff satisfactorily.The consultant should also be able to assist with expertise for, and work with other assignments that the client selects.

The consultant will play an important role in leading and running the test work in the development project.In order to succeed with the assignment, they believe that the consultant has long experience in test methods, test tools, preparation of test plans and an ability to create commitment through his leadership, and adapt for prevailing conditions.All to ensure progress in the project.

The assignment includes documenting according to the customer's guidelines and that competence is transferred to designated staff.

The consultant should be available for interview.The interview will be conducted as soon as possible after the last tender day and preferably digital via, for example, Skype.

Ska requirements

-The competence level 3 (4-8 years).
-Ange when the consultant can start the assignment.
-Relvant University/University Education in IT/Systems Science.Or equivalent work experience.
-Mephery 5 years of experience and good knowledge to work with test management in agile development.Experience should not be older than 10 years.

Should requirements

-The experience of testing work with a focus on IT solutions in pension and insurance area.Longer experience provides a higher added value.
-The experience of developing test strategies and test plans for functional, non-functional and automated tests.Longer experience provides a higher added value.
-Imst 5 years of experience and good knowledge to work with requirements and tests in agile working methods.Longer experience provides a higher added value.
-Documented experience working with the Microsoft product Azure Devops or the like.Longer experience provides a higher added value.
-Documented experience in test in event-based IT solutions.Longer experience provides a higher added value.

Reference assignments

Two reference assignments, which must have been performed by the consultant over the past 6 years from the last tender day, are provided to clarify the experience.

The reference assignments should contain:
