Background We are now searching for a Software Engineer that is passionate about software testing and who can contribute with development skills to the Test Enablement area. In the Test Enablement team we are focusing on providing the development teams with the right tools and mindset in the software test area. Since we have close interactions with the development teams and the engineers we need to have people in our team with strong knowledge both when it comes to the general software lifecycle as well as how test activities and tools connects to it. Since this role can be contributing to our own software development within the team past software development experience is a plus. The scope of the consultant services is to assist in: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer who is passionate about software testing and software development. The person chosen for this position will have the opportunity to contribute their creative ideas and energy to the test enablement team and to the software development teams we are in contact with. Daily duties will include supporting teams in the API testing area about how to setup API test and with issues working with our bought API testing tool as well as improving our internal solutions. Our client works with a DevOps mindset and for this role it’s good that the candidate has prior knowledge from a DevOps environment and has work experience with Docker/Cloud/Openshift/Kubernetes. Requirements: Experience in Java development (1-2 year). Experience in Python (3-4years). Experience in RestAPI development Work experience from Github Actions . Good hold of software architecture and service dependencies. Good knowledge of all kinds of software testing and when to do what testing. Good knowledge of CI/CD and other software development processes. Most: Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously. Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes . Good knowledge about GCP .
