Supplier Coordinator PFAS

We are looking for aSupplier Coordinatorto driving the dialog with Tetra Pak suppliers and internal stakeholders on product change and its validation as they want to move away from products containing PFAS.

Wave 1 PFAS mapping finalisation:

• Take over PFAS dialgues with suppliers who have not responsed / completed the mapping send out; (practical e.g. book 30 min meeting with supplier to understand status and set next steps in RFI response to Tetra Pak.
• Create xls RFI template to be send to suppliers (for those ones who have not received it yet) and send it;
• When received, correct xls RFI template received from supplier and submitt to SSC team for consolidation;
• Sanity check of the xls file received if it is 100% complete against the scope required;
• Support Supplier Manager(s) with vendors dialogue during meetings and provide amended status of RFI;
• Collaborate with SSC and maintain an active dialogue with them to make sure the file sent to SSC reaches the final consolidation;
• Sanity check on responses received: align with D&T on status of response received as PFAS NO and we’ve mapped internally PFAS YES (or viceversa). Contact back the supplier to validate the data and report in back internally.
• Escalate to Supplier and Supplier Manager when the response is not coming

Wave alternative Replacements scouting (OEM Action team pilot):

• Take over PFAS dialgues with suppliers who have started to submitt the resposes;
• Consolidate the inputs received and make them ready to be shared with Engineering;
• Make sure the drawings are shared by suppliers – otherwise contact the suppliers back and store the files in Teams;
• Maintain the dialogue with Supplier who are not sending PFAS free proposals according to the timeline;
• Chase suppliers who’re not sending responses on time, by escalating to Supplier Managers
• Support Supplier Manager(s) in meetings for achieving PFAS free proposals;
• Sanity check on responses received: align with D&T on status of response received

Requierd skills:

• Already Autonomous in the use of xls (good level needed, including use of Vlookups formulas and PIVOT);
• Detail oriented when it comes to data mangement
• Very good communication skills and professional communication versus Suppliers
• Proactive approach and problem solving attitude
• Collaboration attitude with other PFAS coordinators, SSC and PFAS SuM core team;
