DESCRIPTION:

The project's mission is to establish a new IT support for Swedish exports under EU common legislation.The project works team -based according to Agil Methodology. Customer needs a consultant who will act as a requirement analyst in the project.

Ska-requirements:

1. The consultant must fulfill requirements for the role of requirements analysts according to level 3
2. At least 2 years of experience in the requirement of requirements within the state authority
3. At least 2 years of experience in writing test cases, performing and documenting tests
4. At least 2 years of experience with the SBE method
5. Requirements for previous experience must be substantiated by the call for the call -off response.
6. The consultant/consultants must have experience with a similar assignment.This is proven by the fact that the framework contract supplier to the tender attachs a description of a corresponding assignment.The following information must be stated:
   - Description of reference assignments
   - clients
   - Contact person at the client
   - phone number to contact person
   - E-mail address to contact person
   To check that specified information is accurate, the referent may be contacted by e-mail or telephone.The referent must be spoken.

Should-requirement:

1. Experience of collaboration tests with other authorities or the EU Commission.
2. Experience in creating and performing automated test cases.
3. Experience of Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
